AI strategy & feasibility
Find where AI can make a measurable difference and what it will take to get there.
What you get
- Prioritised use cases and success metrics
- Data readiness and feasibility assessment
- Architecture and implementation roadmap
Dr. Pjotrs Grišins, Solutions Architect
I help businesses succeed by implementing AI, machine learning and computer vision. From defining the right problem to building a solution that works in practice.

01 / How I can help
Start with a focused assessment, build a working prototype, or take an existing model into production.
Find where AI can make a measurable difference and what it will take to get there.
Make internal knowledge easier to find and put AI to work in your existing workflows.
Turn images, measurements and domain knowledge into models built around your problem.
Close the gap between a promising experiment and software your team can rely on.
02 / Experience that informs the work
Selected work from my industrial R&D and product delivery experience.
Developed custom appearance models for automotive paint, working with large image datasets and customer-specific data. Deployed models with AWS and supported integration into an online formulation solution.
Developed models to predict appearance parameters based on existing sensor data. Delivered algorithms for firmware integration, helping customers preserve compatibility with their existing databases.
Coordinated a software solution across three countries and two continents. Translated customer feedback into requirements and helped deliver the solution on time to thousands of B2B customers.
03 / Working together
Clarify your workflow, constraints and data. Agree on what a useful result looks like.
Establish a baseline, test the simplest useful approach, and validate against agreed metrics.
Integrate the solution, document the decisions, and equip your team to take it forward.
Let’s make it concrete
Tell me about your challenge, your data, and what success would look like. We’ll work out a useful next step.
